Founding Partner

De’Jon Jackson manages operations for national and community-based non profits in the areas of social justice, safety, building operations and compliance.  De'Jon has also found success as a small business owner and entrepreneur in the fields of construction, consulting, and fitness.  As a partner at NCP, De’Jon is focused on helping nonprofits build a solid foundation for preparedness in the areas of compliance, planning, negotiation and safety.

AMBER KIM

Founding Partner

Amber Kim is a veteran of the nonprofit world with over 17 years of experience in leadership, management and human resources.  With industry experience in healthcare, social services, technology, retail, print, and manufacturing, Amber dedicates her life to ensuring people of color have a voice within their own communities.  As a partner at NCP, Amber is focused on helping non profits build a safe, diverse and risk-free environment where employees can thrive in their purpose.

BARAK BOMANI

Founding Partner

Barak Bomani is an accomplished educator and four-time business owner who helps small and medium sized nonprofits create their vision and mission from the beginning of their journeys.  With no previous nonprofit training, Barak and his wife started Unearth and Empower Communities in 2013 to create multiple pathways of success for Compton youth.  As a partner at NCP, Barak is focused on helping nonprofits build from the bottom, obtain their exempt status and maintain their compliance.
